Will someone from U.S. Online Testing be available to help me administer the test?
  1. U.S. Online Testing offers technical support during tests. Though we work to make the experience smooth for students and instructors, technical issues can happen. An experienced support person can help in those situations.
Does U.S. Online Testing offer tools to help me manage students during the test?
Yes. You have several tools available to help.
  1. For timed tests, you can add or decrease time.
  2. If the exam integrity system automatically concludes a student's test, you have a quick way to determine whether the behavior was accidental and, if appropriate, reactivate the test.
  3. If you believe a student is not behaving with integrity, you have resources available to review activity and cancel the student's test.
Does U.S. Online Testing provide reports for each test taker?
  1. Yes. You can access real-time reporting that details each student's test-taking activity.
What happens if a student is having technical difficulty?
